We try to do the homework before giving you a number

We look at comparable sales, neighborhood values, the current condition of the house, renovation costs, resale potential, and the details you share with us. We are not interested in creating unnecessary back-and-forth just for the sake of negotiation.

When we make an offer, our goal is for it to reflect the numbers as we understand them at that point. If new information comes up later that materially changes the property or renovation scope, the numbers may need to be reviewed again.

Selling directly is not necessarily right for every homeowner

If your house is in excellent condition, you have time to prepare it for market, and your priority is maximizing the sale price, listing with a real estate agent may make more sense.

A direct sale may be worth considering when selling as-is, avoiding repairs and showings, simplifying a difficult property situation, or having more control over the timeline matters more.
